Sérénisud, concierge property service, gives you piece of mind by regularly visiting your second home to make sure everything is as it should be, and to ensure that all the facilities are in good condition and in working order. Gates, doors and shutters are checked regularly and mail is collected (important letters can be scanned and emailed over to you).

In the event of any incident, such as a house alarm going off, heating failure, water leakage, etc., we will take it upon ourselves to fix the problem as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. If you have to incur significant costs, you will be immediately consulted.

During your stay (or if there are seasonal tenants) Sérénisud will assist you, should there be any issues that need addressed in your second home. Upon request, we will swiftly take care of any minor maintenance work and DIY jobs that may be required around the house (including over the weekend, during the high season).
For more major structural or renovation work, Sérénisud will assist you as you deal with administrative procedures (building permits, licences, etc.) We can recommend a choice of carefully-selected workmen and monitor progress as if you were there yourself! We will check the work being carried out, forward documents, translate quotes, take photographs etc.
Before you arrive and once you have left…
Sérénisud private concierge service will also get your second home ready for your arrival. We will open the shutters, set the room temperature so your home is comfortable, and air the various rooms. The house will be cleaned (often needed after a long winter), all equipment will be checked (heating, water, electricity, internet, WiFi, swimming pool…)
After your departure at the end of the season, we will get your property ready for the winter : shutters will be closed, the heating set (frost-proof setting or whatever setting you request), we will purge water circuits, winterise the swimming pool etc. In addition to end-of-season cleaning, a laundry service is also being offered.
All these technical maintenance service and private concierge service packages are being offered with a tailored approach, designed to meet your needs and wishes.
